It focusses on promoting development and distribution of IT educational aids on chemical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Organize and promote conferences and workshops<\/strong>&nbsp;on Computer Aided Process Operations\/Chemical Process Control, Computer Aided Process Design, Molecular Modeling and Simulation, Systems Biology in Engineering, and Process Analytics and Machine Learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintain a&nbsp;<u>Teaching Resource Center<\/u><\/strong>: This center (<a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/teaching-resources-center\">https:\/\/cache.org\/teaching-resources-center<\/a>) houses a curated collection of materials to assist faculty in teaching chemical engineering core courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide faculty grants<\/strong>&nbsp;to support development of computer-based educational modules (<a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/computational-tools-development\">https:\/\/cache.org\/computational-tools-development<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support faculty awards:<\/strong>\u00a0ASEE\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/awards\/cache-award\">Edgar CACHE Award<\/a>, AIChE\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/awards\/himmelblau-award\">Himmelblau Award<\/a>, AIChE\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/awards\/evans-award\">Evans Award<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cache.org\/\">More<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CACHE is a not-for-profit organization of industrialists, academics and other professionals.
